If you are reporting a technical issue regarding our website it would be most helpful if you could provide the following information in the COMMENT BOX in the Contact Us Form:
1. Computer Type: (PC or Mac)
2. Operating System: (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X, Mac Snow Leapard...etc)
3. Web Browser: being used to view site (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc)
4. Version: of Web Browser being used to view site (Instructions on how to find that here: https://www.rapidreview.com/support/techdocs/html/browser_version.htm)
5. Date and Time: (if possible) when error was observed (this is especially important in the early stages of the site when we're making updates that may solve a problem that was observed a day or two before it was reported)
6. Screenshot: of error (if possible). This is very helpful, but not essential. There are several great screen capture programs. I recommend this free one: http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm
7. Address/URL: of the page you viewed the error/issue
